Let's Try That Again - Metroid: Zero Mission
Ricky is back once again in the role of Samus Aran, saving the galaxy one Metroid at a time. It's been awhile since our Metroid Fusion Let's Play and it's always been one of our favorites so we figured, why not play another Metroid game? We landed on Metroid: Zero Mission for the Gameboy Advance and trust us, there's plenty of laughs, plenty of unrelated conversation and plenty of Ricky getting lost. Just like Metroid Fusion!
Finally got our entire backlog of videos up as of this Let's Try That Again. We now actually have to record things again because there's nothing left to go up! But hey, this was a pretty fun LTTA so go ahead and watch it. You'll enjoy it, promise. We did.

VGM of the Week #14
Me again! I had quite a few things in mind for this week (including Doomsday Zone, which I mentioned during our Sonic 3 & Knuckles playthrough), but somehow, as I was deciding between them, this little ditty popped into my head.
This anthem from River City Ranthom is totally swingin' and really gets me psyched to beat the snot out of some Generic Dudes. (That's actually the name of their gang, not just my term for the mooks you'll plow through on your way to the boss.) I catch myself humming this tune at least once or twice a month; it's that relentlessly catchy.
River City Ransom is a timeless classic, but River City Ransom EX for the Game Boy Advance takes the cake in my book; it has more secret attacks, more items, more bosses, a plethora of customization options for your characters, and a pretty in-depth hidden morality system where sometimes bosses or other characters will actually join your party based on your actions. If you haven't played it, you're missing out on one of the best experiences on the GBA.

LTTA: Astro Boy: Omega Factor
Happy Holidays, folks. Sorry we've been kind of slow lately. It's the holiday season, everybody's busy with their families or shopping or working, not a lot of time to post stuff. Plus, the video game world has been kind of slow recently. So, sorry about that. We probably won't post anything tomorrow except Kyle does still plan to post the VGM of the Week so look forward to that.
For now though, I have begun finally uploading our Astro Boy: Omega Factor Let's Play. This is an interesting one because on one side, Ricky is very informative about the history of Astro Boy and all that stuff. On the other side, we can get rather boring and the technical aspects are kind of garbage, mostly the audio. Sorry about that. Regardless, the first four videos are up. You can find the first below and then a link to the playlist below that.
And again, Happy Holidays!
