New Pokémon Sheet: Froslass

Froslass is definitley one of my favorite Ice type Pokémon. I mean, she's so cool!
Terrible puns aside, I really like her design, far better than Glalie, the unfortunate other evolution of Snorunt.

I really would like to make one to use in my Pokémon White, but due to awful Wi-Fi, it would be pretty pointless
